Expenses
You can expense meals while traveling to and from VF per our expense policy.
We will be providing all meals and snacks while you are at VF. Additional meals, snacks, or coffee that are purchased outside of what we are providing are not expensable.
Any extra nights at the hotel or other hotels must be pre-approved.
All room service, late checkouts, and room incidentals are not expensable.
